Cancellation and Refund Policy
- In case you are not satisfied with the services, you can apply for a refund by writing us at firstname.lastname@example.org
- Refund request will be accepted in case the order has not been initiated from our end. Orders usually take up to 0-48 hours to initiate
- A valid reason for cancellation should be stated in your cancellation request.
- Refund can take up to 7-10 Working Days to process or as per payment partner
- Refund will be made through account credits or direct transfer to your bank account.
- In case a credit/debit card was used for placing order, the refund will be made to the credit card used for placing order.
- In case of drop in provided services, those services will be refilled within 30 days of placing order.
- Misplaced or Private Account orders will not qualify for a refund. Be sure to confirm each and every order before placing it.
- Fraudulent activity such as using unauthorised or stolen credit cards will lead to termination of your account. There are no exceptions.
- Orders placed in SocialKing.in will not be refunded or cancelled after they are placed. You will receive a refund credit to your SocialKing.in account if the order is non-deliverable
- Balance refund requests cannot be handled via live Chat. All refund requests (deposit/balance refunds and order refunds) must be made by submitting a Support Ticket on our website (log into your account and select the Contact us link). All Support Tickets are responded to within 24 hours, and in the majority of cases, much quicker.
- If the service purchased comes with a refill we will restart the order to complete the delivery and if we are unable to complete the order we will issue a refund for any undelivered services.
- However, once an order is In Progress we cannot guarantee that the order can be stopped. If the order can be stopped a refund will be issued for any undelivered services. In case of partial delivery, if we are able to stop the service, we will cancel the order and refund it to your balance as follows: the amount of the service units already delivered will be deducted from the total amount of your refund (a refund will be issued for any undelivered services). In the case of full delivery, no refund will be made. If the order is canceled by our system because of technical or delivery issues a refund will be issued for any undelivered services. Services Refill / Refund Policy We offer a variety of services and they all have different delivery methods and features. Many of our services come with a refill/restart if the services we deliver drop. However, some of our services come with no refill/restart and some come with a refill only for a specific timeframe (after the order is placed). It is important that you review the Service Description before placing all orders so that you are familiar with the refill policy.
